Tonight was the last night for the Wednesday Motorcycle meet up in Milford New Hampshire. And what an absolutely perfect night it ended up being! After a couple of weeks of cold and rainy weather, today broke that repetition and the sun came out with temperatures nearing 80° Was a fine way to end this weekly tradition. Until next year!!

This year I participated in the DGR ride. It’s a ride to promote men’s health – prostate cancer awareness, suicide prevention, etc. Not only is it a good cause, but it’s one where we get to ride on “vintage style” or vintage motorcycles. Any excuse for me to pull out my 1968 Triumph T120R. The day started early and Paul and I hopped on my Triumph motorcycles and headed down the road for the meet up. I don’t know how I pissed him off, but somehow the eBay God is angry with me. I imagine the eBay God resembles a person that was tarred, but instead of feathered, ran around a second hand store and came out covered in what ever was lying around. My annual self-imposed no purchase for 30 days. It falls roughly sometime between September 15th to October 15th. I figured this time of year works best because there are no major holidays, no reasons to really go out and buy things. School shopping is over and Halloween isn’t here. I also find that no one is really Christmas shopping yet either. Making this the perfect time to not buy a damn thing and honestly to see if it can be done.
