    Padron Cigars – The Diplimatico

Ah Padron, what can I say that hasn’t already been said. You are my favorite brand and hands down my favorite cigar. Fuente’s Opus X is good. Don’t get me wrong. They are good… But if I could have a humidor filled with Padron cigars… Ok, let me rephrase that: If I could afford a humidor filled with Padron cigars, I would do so and never look back. Enjoying a Cuban Cigar Tonight

Not much of a post, just grabbed one of my last Cubans procured from the islands. Haven’t been travelling outside the country in a long while. Can’t wait to get back out there. Soon. Post about my trip to Napa soon. Just relaxing in the Cigar room with a Cuban and some vodka seltzer. Best place to be after a hard day at work.

    Cigar Room – Day 2

The construction of the 18 x 12 room started off quickly and continued onto Sunday. I added the shiplap onto the front of the wall and installed the door. Then I substantially cleaned up the place! You can also see in the above photo that I ran the electrical through the outlets, but do not have them hooked up yet. There will be two circuits in total. This way I can have the heater on one and the lights and filtration on the other. I originally was going to just keep the room raw, but now have talked myself into the more work of staining and polyurethane the walls and…
